Casa Papaya 1, Casa Papaya 2 and Casa Maracuya are all part of our Finca Suculenta, blessed with abundant sunshine. The house is about 200 years old and fully renovated. Every unit has a separate entrance and its own outdoor area.
Casa Papaya 1 has several floors. On the bottom one there is one bedroom with a single bed (0.90m×2.00m) and a double bed (1.60m×2.00m) for up to 3 people as well as the bathroom. Via a staircase you will reach the first floor where you will find the kitchen with the dining area as well as a cosy sitting area next to the electric chimney (only fire effect). Via another staircase you will reach the beautiful wooden gallery with a double bed and a TV corner. Up here is where you will also find the partly covered, completely enclosed terrace with a great view of the mountains and the ocean, ideal for a sunny breakfast. Look forward to a cosy corner with a table, bench and chairs as well as two sunbeds for sunbathing and a small mobile barbecue.
If you bring the grandparents or friends to your holiday, it is possible to combine this unit with Casa Papaya 2. Each party will have their own flat with a private indoor and outdoor area but you will be sharing the same building.
There is also a small outdoor area with a herbal garden, where you can pick aromatic herbs.
You are welcome to bring your pets but please note the following instructions: Dogs cannot be left at the house unattended and need to be kept on a leash in the common areas. They are not allowed on the sofas or beds. I am happy to provide you with a dog basket or blanket. It is your responsibility to make sure your dog does not bother the other guests.
Price for three people:

October to end of April: 75 euros/night
Additional person: 10 euros/night

Casa Papaya 2 has its own private entrance, the outdoor area is also individually accessible.
On the first floor of the building you will find the dining room and the kitchen. Bedroom, bathroom, terrace and garden are accessible via a covered external staircase. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60×2.00m) and a single bed (0.90m×2.00m), a wardrobe and a large mirror.
The holiday home has been lovingly decorated with attention to detail:

The private terrace and the garden are ideal for a sunny breakfast or a big barbecue evening. A shared washing machine can be used for free.
There is also a shared garden where you can visit my numerous turtles and my cuddly cats.
Casa Papaya 2
In the garden you can harvest basil, chilli, parsley, Japanese guavas, medlars and a lot more – all organic, of course.
If friends or additional family members come on holiday with you, it is possible to combine this unit with Casa Papaya 1. Each party will have their own flat with a private indoor and outdoor area but you will be sharing the same building.
You are welcome to bring your pets but please note the following instructions: Dogs cannot be left at the house unattended and need to be kept on a leash in the common areas. They are not allowed on the sofas or beds. I am happy to provide you with a dog basket or blanket. It is your responsibility to make sure your dog does not bother the other guests.

House “Maracuya” is already 200 years old, has been fully restored with loving care and is our pride and joy. We have tried our best to make it as secure and comfortable as possible for families with small kids:

In the shared garden you can harvest basil, chilli, parsley, Japanese guavas, medlars and a lot more – all organic, of course. You can feed the turtles with the kids, pet the cat or play with the dog.

The terrace with ocean and mountain view is ideal for a sunny breakfast. You can also turn it into a terrace for sunbathing within minutes by putting up the two sunbeds, or you can get comfy in the hanging chair.
The rustic barbecue area also has a nice seating area where you can end your day sitting at the campfire together.
